Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Location: North West

Salary: OTE £48k

Our Client is a dynamic and innovative company who are the largest independent tyre dealer and car maintenance network in the world. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join the team and help drive business expansion efforts in the North West.

Job Description: As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading the growth and development of our business within the North West. You will work closely with the Territory Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that will help us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients and markets within the designated region.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Analise market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience of the Tyre/Motor Parts sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
