Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: North West and Scotland
Salary: OTE £65k

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their expansion and success.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and manage our sales efforts in the North West and Scottish region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two Business Development Managers (BDMs) and driving business growth in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and territory plan to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, budget adherence, and market trends to senior management.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and territory management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Tyre/Car parts industry is essential.
